Tunnel production line oven (LED packaging filling and baking curing baking equipment)

The oven of the tunnel production line is mainly used for LED packaging filling and curing baking equipment, and the oven assembly line is a continuous drying equipment, which can continue to bake uninterrupted and improve product production efficiency.

Tunnel oven features:

1) Both sides are equipped with chain transmission to solve the phenomenon of deviation during transmission.
2) Oven segmented heating, independent electric box control, easy to operate.
The structure is mainly composed of two parts: conveyor system and drying furnace, with multiple sections independent.
3) ID temperature control, uniform temperature in the furnace.
4) The conveying speed is variable and adjustable, with smooth operation and high production efficiency.
5) Each section of the independent box is equipped with an exhaust gas emission interface, which can be connected to the outside of the workshop to avoid exhaust gas pollution from the workshop of Founder International Workshop
