Configuration and technical description of each system:

Box structure

1) This equipment is composed of chamber, heating system, electrical control system, air supply system, protection system, trolley track system, etc.

2) The cabinet adopts equipment production, technology, smooth lines, beautiful and generous.

3) The inner box material is stainless steel material 202 material, thickness 1.0mm, and the outer box material is cold-rolled steel plate after special surface treatment and then paint treatment, which is durable and beautiful.

4) The insulation material between the inner box and the outer box is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, the thickness of the insulation layer: ≥70mm, good thermal insulation effect, performance insulation structure. From the inside to the outside, there are inner cavities, inner shells, ultra-fine glass fibers, aluminum reflective aluminum foil sheets, air interlayers, and less heat loss in the inner tank. The outer box of the inner tank and the door cylinder mechanism are unique, which greatly reduces the heat transmission of the inner cavity.

5) High-performance sealing material and unique rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, which has good sealing, high temperature resistance and aging resistance.

6) The air duct in the box adopts a dual circulation system, stainless steel multi-wing centrifugal air turbine and circulation air duct, and the heat of the electric heater placed on the top of the box circulates horizontally from right to left through the circulation air duct, which can fully convection the hot air and make the temperature in the box reach uniformity. The ability to heat the air flow is improved, which greatly improves the drying capacity of the drying oven.

7) The top of the oven is equipped with an exhaust port with mechanical valve control, which can be connected to the external exhaust pipeline to discharge the volatile gases in the box to the outside (exhaust port joint drawings are provided before product delivery).

8) The bottom of the oven is equipped with high-strength trolley track (I-beam) and large trolley (I-beam), which is convenient and safe for products to enter and exit the oven and high safety (see equipment reference pictures for details).

Temperature control system

It adopts Japanese “Fuji” programmable temperature controller to control the temperature. The dual-screen high-brightness wide-window digital display is clear and intuitive. Microcomputer intelligent control, accurate and stable temperature control. Over-temperature alarm and automatically cut off the heating power supply.

Remarks: Working procedure requirements: After the product is sent to the drying oven. The first procedure: rise from normal temperature to 200°C within 1 hour. Then automatically jump to the second program. 2nd procedure: 200°C for 6 hours. Then the heating is automatically turned off and the fan continues to run.
