Configuration and technical description of each system:

Box structure:

1) This equipment is composed of chamber, heating system, electrical control system, air supply system, protection system, etc.
2) The box adopts equipment production, industry manufacturing process, smooth lines, beautiful and generous.
3) The material of the studio is high-temperature resistant stainless steel, the outer box material is cold-rolled steel plate, and the shell of the product is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant, which is suitable for the color matching of the laboratory.
4) The height and number of shelves can be adjusted according to the user’s requirements.
5) The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is aluminosilicate high-temperature cotton, the thickness of the insulation layer: >100mm, with good thermal insulation effect and insulation structure. From the inside to the outside, there are inner cavities, inner shells, ultra-fine glass fibers, aluminum reflective aluminum foil sheets, air interlayers, and less heat loss in the inner tank. The unique structure of the inner tank box and door liner greatly reduces the heat transmission of the inner chamber.
6) The sealing material and unique rubber sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, which is sealed, high temperature resistance, and anti-aging.
7) The air duct in the box adopts a dual circulation system, stainless steel multi-wing centrifugal air wheel and circulation air duct, and the heat of the electric heater placed on the back of the box is discharged forward through the side air duct, and then sucked in by the centrifugal air wheel on the back after drying the matter, forming a reasonable air duct, which can fully convection the hot air and make the temperature in the box uniform. Improved air flow heating capacity and improved temperature uniformity of high-temperature chambers.

Temperature measurement and control system:

It can simplify the complex test process and truly realize automatic control and operation.
