The company’s HSCOL-2D series dust-free oven system is used for pretreatment baking before gluing, hard film baking after gluing, and high-temperature baking after development of silicon wafers, gallium arsenide, lithium niobate, glass and other materials in semiconductor manufacturing, and forced air supply circulation. Dual air duct circulation structure, uniform temperature field distribution, intelligent P.I.D temperature control system, temperature control accuracy. Dust-free industrial ovens are suitable for electronic liquid crystal display, LCD, CMOS, IS, medicine, laboratory and other production and scientific research departments.
Dust-free industrial ovens can also be used for drying, heat treatment, aging and other high-temperature tests of non-volatile and non-flammable and explosive materials.
