After the PCB substrate is chemically cleaned (or mechanically cleaned), the moisture has penetrated deep into the substrate, and the remaining moisture is often one of the reasons for the sand holes or the film is not firmly attached, so the moisture must be removed from the board surface and holes to ensure that the board is dry when the film is applied. Usually physically drained first, such as drying with an air knife, and then put it in a hot oven at 110 soil 5 °C for thermal evaporation for 10~15 minutes. The hot air circulation oven produced by the company has a temperature control range of room temperature +10°C~300°C, and a temperature uniformity of ±1.5%, which is used for substrate drying treatment before PCB substrate drying film.
