Box structure:

3) The material of the studio is stainless steel, the outer box material is cold-rolled steel plate, and the product shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant, which is suitable for the color matching of the laboratory.

5) The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, the thickness of the insulation layer: >70mm, thermal insulation, insulation structure. From the inside to the outside, there are inner cavities, inner shells, ultra-fine glass fibers, aluminum reflective aluminum foil sheets, air interlayers, and less heat loss in the inner tank. The unique structure of the inner tank box and door liner greatly reduces the heat transmission of the inner chamber.

7) The air duct in the box adopts a dual circulation system, stainless steel multi-wing centrifugal air turbine and circulation air duct, and the heat of the electric heater placed on the back of the box is discharged forward through the side air duct, and then sucked in by the centrifugal air wheel on the back after drying the matter, forming a reasonable air duct, which can fully convection the hot air and make the temperature in the box reach uniformity. The ability to heat the air flow is improved, and the temperature uniformity of the drying oven is greatly improved.

The dual-screen high-brightness wide-window digital display is clear and intuitive. Microcomputer intelligent control, after setting the temperature, the instrument controls the heating power by itself and displays the heating status, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. Over-temperature alarm and automatically cut off the heating power supply. There is a timer function, and the timer time is up to 9999 minutes.
