The vacuum pump begins to vacuum the replacement cabinet and monitors the air pressure status in the cabinet in real time, so that the vacuum in the cabinet reaches the preset negative pressure critical value, and stops the pumping process.
The nitrogen gas valve is opened to fill the replacement cabinet with nitrogen, and the air pressure status in the cabinet is monitored in real time, so that the air pressure value in the cabinet reaches the preset positive pressure critical value, and the inflation process is stopped.
When these two processes are completed, they are considered a complete constant pressure process.
In practical applications, the constant pressure process is repeated multiple times to achieve the cleanliness and pressure standards of the gas in the cabinet.
