Thermal Shock Test Chamber (-60~180℃)

The high and low temperature cold and thermal shock test chamber is mainly used to test the performance of products in the storage, transportation and use of high temperature and low temperature instantaneous change climatic environment. It is widely used in electrical and electronic products, components, parts, aerospace, metals and other materials to carry out repeated instantaneous change tests from high temperature to low temperature and then to high temperature.

Product Features:
The high and low temperature cold and hot shock test chamber adopts the structure of vertical box and cold and hot box, and adopts the method of carrying the basket to convert the test area where the test product is located to achieve the purpose of cold and hot shock test. This structure reduces the heat load during cold and hot shock, shortens the temperature recovery time, and is a way of cold and hot shock.
Technical features:
1. Use refrigerants such as R404a, R23.
2. The basket can be moved from one box to another within 10 seconds.
3. In the process of cold and heat conversion of impact test, it can quickly return to normal temperature and remain stable, and the influence of air convection and heat radiation on temperature in the box is avoided through technical treatment.
4. The scientific air convection system can ensure the uniform distribution of air in the box.
5. Equipped with imported Chinese touch screen controller, the parameters of the cyclic test can be set in advance, so that it can automatically complete the whole process of the test, which is convenient to use.
6. Control dwell and changeover time are adjustable.
7. When the impact test is not done, a single box can be used for temperature change test, and one box can be used for three purposes.

Product Usage Requirements:
1. Equipment placement space requirements: Ambient temperature: The placement site should be ventilated, or equipped with air conditioning equipment, to ensure that the surrounding ambient temperature is within 0~30°C after the equipment is started. Site requirements: flat, ventilated (temperature accumulation cannot be formed at the equipment exhaust outlet), and the exhaust side of the equipment is more than 1.5 meters away from the wall. There is no vibration around the equipment placement, no direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources. Air quality: No high concentration of dust and corrosive gases, and cannot be tested and stored in flammable and explosive gases. Relative humidity: less than 85% R.H
2. Space location: In order to facilitate ventilation and operation and maintenance, there should be space for the box door to open and close normally at the opening door of the equipment.
3. Equipment power supply: meet the power supply requirements of the corresponding model.
