Equipment structure
The equipment is mainly composed of a box, a pneumatic system, a heating system, and a control system.
The whole is made of imported acid and alkali resistant and high-temperature resistant PVC plates that are molded and welded at high temperatures, easy to clean and have no leakage.
The box cover is made of transparent fiberglass material, which can clearly see the test items and spray conditions inside the box.
The water sealing structure is used between the lid and the box, and the lid can be opened and closed easily without salt spray spillage.
There are multiple layers of brackets inside the box to facilitate testing of items from all angles.
Tower spray system, the nozzle introduces West German tower spray, the salt spray distribution is uniform, the sedimentation amount is freely adjusted, and there is no crystallization phenomenon.
The independent heating system makes the equipment more effective in maintaining the temperature effect, making the test results more effective.
The temperature control adopts Taiwan instrument, with the function of P.I.D automatic calculation, the error is small, and it can work for a long time.
The circuit control board and other components are independently fixed on the right side of the box, and the door lock is used to open the door for easy inspection and maintenance.
