Thermal Shock Test Chamber

This series of rapid temperature change test chamber is suitable for a variety of parts or complete machines such as instrumentation, electrical and electronics, chemistry, materials, etc., for adaptability tests under rapid temperature change or gradual change conditions, or stress screening tests, to help make scientific analysis and evaluation of the performance and changes of the test product under the proposed conditions. This series of test chambers adopts a perfect arc shape design, with excellent texture, beautiful atmosphere, and strong and durable. The control system adopts the original imported controller, which has strong scalability, full Chinese human-machine dialogue, simple operation, precise control, stable and reliable. This series of test chambers can also be used separately for low temperature (ultra-low temperature) and high temperature constant temperature tests.

Equipment structure
The equipment is mainly composed of cabinet, refrigeration system, heating system, air circulation system and control system.
The test box is perfectly designed, processed and formed by CNC machine tools, and adopts a non-reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
The door seal is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging and hardening phenomenon at high and low temperatures.
The inner liner is imported SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the shell is A3 plate spraying, which is more smooth and beautiful.
The insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber or rigid polyurethane foam to fill the insulation area to ensure the temperature inside the cabinet.
The temperature control adopts imported instruments, with the function of P.I.D automatic calculation, and the humanized design of the operation method is easy to learn and use.
The independent heating and cooling system makes the equipment more effective in improving heating, cooling and efficiency.
The refrigeration system is a fully automatic control and safety protection coordination system.
