High-Low Temperature Test Chamber

The equipment is suitable for the adaptability test of instrumentation materials, electricians, electronic products, household appliances, automobile and motorcycle parts, chemical coatings, various electronic components and other related product parts in the storage, transportation and use of high and low temperature environments. This test equipment is mainly used for environmental simulation testing of the physical and other related characteristics of the product under low temperature, high temperature and user requirements, and after the test, through testing, to judge the performance of the product, whether it can still meet the predetermined requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, appraisal and factory inspection.

Equipment structure
The equipment is mainly composed of cabinet, refrigeration system, heating system, air circulation system and control system.
The test box is perfectly designed, processed and formed by CNC machine tools, and adopts a non-reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
The door seal is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging and hardening phenomenon at high and low temperatures.
The inner liner is imported SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the shell is A3 plate spraying, which is more smooth and beautiful.
The insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber or rigid polyurethane foam to fill the insulation area to ensure the temperature inside the cabinet.
The independent heating and cooling system makes the equipment more effective in improving heating, cooling and efficiency.
The refrigeration system is a fully automatic control and safety protection coordination system.
The use of multi-wing type strong air supply circulation avoids any dead angles and can make the temperature distribution in the test area uniform.
The air circulation outlet and return air design, the air pressure and air speed meet the test standards, and can make the temperature reheating time fast at the moment of opening the door.
The temperature control adopts the “TEMI360” intelligent programmable controller imported from South Korea, 3.5 inch “TFT true color touch thin screen Chinese/English optional menu, program editing: 120 sets of programs can be edited, each set of programs can edit 100 segments, communication interface RS485, the product display is clear and intuitive, the programmable control system is flexible and convenient to operate, the performance is stable, and the work is more efficient.
